GENETIC PROFILING AND DIVERSITY OF SOME PROMISING EFFICIENT RHIZOBIAL ISOLATES ON FABA BEAN PLANTS

A group of twenty faba bean rhizobial isolates was collected from two Egyptian Governorates (Dakahlia and Damitta). The were further morphologically physiologically characterized to check their growth symbiotic performance on plants. According remarkable lab pots tests, five (Rh 32, Rh 6-A, 3-4, RL3, 8-A) selected subjected biochemical molecular characterizations. Genetic profiling the promising conducted using six ISSR-primers.
